Our commercial portfolio spans some of Ireland’s most recognisable and successful developments. 

One of our landmark projects, Kilmartins N6 Centre in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, was conceived as a mixed-use commercial hub incorporating a hotel, retail warehouse, forecourt shop and filling station, office building and an NCT centre. Completed around 2000, it remains one of the country’s best-known and most successful commercial developments.

We also delivered the new J. Lynch & Son Toyota Showrooms on the Old Galway Road in Athlone. This two-level showroom, workshop and service facility required careful architectural integration, balancing a contemporary commercial design with the scale and character of the neighbouring residential terrace.

Adding to our extensive commercial experience, the Ganlys Superstore & Warehouse on the Roscommon Road features a large-format DIY retail store, builder’s providers and a major storage warehouse for construction materials. This project showcases our ability to design and coordinate high-functioning, large-scale commercial environments.
